Travel to the land of the rising sun with chefs Ryan Clift and David Myers. The chefs of Tippling Club and ADRIFT are collaborating to present a Japan-inspired 10-course menu on October 13 and 14. Expect dishes like langoustine with kohlbari, dashi cream and shiso, A4 Toriyama beef and willow-smoked bonito with tofu and apple. Dishes are paired with cocktails shaken up Soran Nomura, one of Tokyo's top bartenders and the brand ambassador of Kyrö Distillery Company.
