Celebrate X'mas with lots of meat when you dine at this contemporary Aussie restaurant. There's an eight-course festive menu ($75), which runs throughout December, that features Salted and Hung's famed charcuterie board, short ribs, and king crab with saffron emulsion. The Christmas Eve and Christmas menus ($85) are pretty much identical, but with the addition of Blackmore wagyu with anchovy and sweet potato. And, since this is an Australian restaurant after all, end the meal with a blood orange and sorrel Pavlova.
