Shu Juang and Johanna Lau are the whimsical duo behind Own Muse, a young label of women’s wear that specialises in cutting the rug…and the curtains, and the couch. Upholstery is the material of choice – especially flowery prints – which they use to embellish feminine designs like tutu-ed dresses. Grandma’s curtains never looked so good.
