Merchants Wine Cellar is organising a wine dinner, hosted by the boutique Bass River Winery from Gippsland, Victoria. Accompanying Bass River wines will be the five course dinner, consisting of crab cakes, salmon nicoise with estate grown olives, roast rack of pork, tiramisu with homemade limocello and a Gippsland cheese platter.
