Time Out says

Give an hour (or more) to the Earth at Earth Hour Festival, an annual event by WWF-Singapore to get the community engaged in environmental action. This year, festivities begin at 11am at Wisma Atria, where there will be edu-tainment booths and educational games by WWF-Singapore and partners like Epson, such as plant potting workshops and recycling demonstrations. The little eco-warriors will get to meet Okto’s Lil Wild character Wobi, who’s there to answer all their burning questions about the environment. Sesame Street characters will also make a special appearance! Then comes the highlight of Earth Hour Festival: the symbolic switch-off ceremony from 8.30pm to 9.30pm, which will be followed by performances from WWF’s Eco-Schools, Damaru Singapore, Green Drummers, and Singapore Indian Fine Arts Society at Wisma Atria’s outdoor atrium as lights dim across Orchard Road.
