Flavours of India at Melt- The World Cafe

Indian culinary master Santosh Kumar once again touches down at the Mandarin Oriental to showcase the exotic smells, flavours and colours of his homeland at Melt- The World Café. Alongside the already diverse range of flavours available at the café, for nine days guest will have the chance to pick sample desired dishes from the array of Indian cuisines being highlighted, as well as a selection of Indian desserts for the sweet tooths. Dishes Chef Santosh will be showcasing include a Modern Tandoori Chicken Roulade, Lagen Ki Chop, Achari Macchi Tikka and a Lazeez Paneer.
