Celebrate local hawker culture, which was recently listed on the UNESCO list of intangible cultural heritage, atop the iconic Marina Bay Sands where some of Singapore's most innovative chefs are whipping up their best dishes. Sample the creations of Shah Indra (Burgs by Project Warung), Sheen Jet Leong and Hayden Yeow (Rappu), Ratree (KraPow Thai Restaurant), Manjit Kaur (Moghul Mahal), Vincent Wong (Spice and Rice), and Jo Ann Ng (Bee Kee Won Ton Mee) – from $10 a pop.
Be sure to save some space for a selection of bao-burgers by CÉ LA VI's executive chef Joey Sergentakis and desserts by pastry chef Kelvin Chia. Then wash it all down with cocktails by lead mixologist Andrew Hyman.
