Clan association, the Teochew Poit Ip Huay Kuan puts on a celebration of its cuisine with dishes by local Teochew cuisine stalwarts like braised goose, tau sar piah and sesame crackers. The tent’s 15-stall food spread will also include a booth by cuisine specialists flown in from Shantou, China.
