Mikkel Borg Bjergsø, the former high school maths and physics teacher behind the award-winning Mikkeller, shares with participants more on his new Single Hop PhD series, which consists of twenty beers of varying degrees of bitterness, as well as his unique approach to beer brewing. The self-proclaimed 'nomad' brewery's unconventional beers will also be available on tap from 11.30am onwards.
