Compliments to Singapore's weather, planning an outdoor barbecue by the beach or the pool comes easy all year round. There’s just something about getting everyone together by the flickering flame for a chow down on charred marinated meat, fresh grilled seafood and ice-cold beers. Bringing its flame game, Guinness is serving up a red-hot menu along with its signature flavourful beers, surrounded by live music. Embrace the thrill of the grill as The Great Grill Out by Guinness ensnares the senses from November 24 and 25, from noon to 10pm, at Emily Hill.

Get in the spirit of summer with your best laidback outfit (and a pair of shades) and soak up the ultimate barbecue experience from noon to night. Sink your teeth into grilled meats and exclusive dishes from the likes of Artichoke, Camp Kilo Charcoal Club, Decker Barbecue, Red Eye Smokehouse and Sidecar, all best paired with a pint of beer in true, blue Guinness style.

That’s not all – try your hand at beer sommelier sessions with Guinness beer specialist Ian Colgan (pictured above), or barbecue masterclasses with renowned chefs as they show you the techniques of elevating the smoky grub with the roasty taste of Guinness.

Alternatively, enjoy a five-course meal and beer pairing with Ian Colgan for only $88. Dig into the likes of Artichoke's mentaiko taramasalata with charcoal-grilled garlic bread, Sidecar's continental sausage platter including the Guinness sausage, Decker Barbecue's Texas steak tagliata with 200g smoked flank steak, arugula and Texas chimichurri, Red Eye Smokehouse's burnt ends brisket garlic flatbread spicy slaw, and Camp Kilo Charcoal Club's barbequed ribs, among others. There are only two sessions a day at 12.30pm and 6pm, so secure a seat online fast.

A meat lover’s treat you won’t want to miss, pre-register online at thegreatgrillout.com for free entry or pay $20 on-door entry inclusive of one pint of Guinness. Do note that this is a GrabPay and cash only event!
