Back in season again, Truffle Gourmet puts the spotlight on Alba white truffles in its Autumn seasonal menu. Dishes include hand-cut raw veal meat tartare ($34), narrow-ribboned Tajarin pasta with butter and sage sauce ($38), steamed scampi and artichoke and butter sauce, and dessert of Zabaglione cream with vanilla ice-cream ($25) - all dishes are served with precious shavings of the prized, Italian-harvested fungus.
