Take a break from the busyness of life and enjoy some time for yourself. We will begin with a brief discussion on stress and it's affects on your body and health. Learn very basic yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation practices to help you release stress and tension. No experience is needed and you do not need to be flexible. Wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to remove your shoes and spend time on the floor.

This course is recommended for anyone who thinks that they are too busy to attend.
