Please join us at 7 pm on Saturday, February 13th for our prix fixe Valentine's Day menu. We will be serving the following course and cocktails:

SALAD
Mache, bull’s blood, pea tendrils, pomegranate
arils, pistachio, fried oyster, ponzu-yuzu vinaigrette.
COCKTAIL: Quiver of Eros - Cachaca, fresh bergamot-
orange, egg whites, blackberry reduction, orange bitters.

FIRST COURSE
Duck raviolo, golden beets, black walnuts,
blackberry fig compote.
COCKTAIL: Lemony Snicket - Bulliet bourbon, pickled
strawberry shrub, fresh lemon, Lillet Blanc.

SECOND COURSE
Terrine of lobster and leek, pickled mustard
seed, shaved chioggia beets, beurre blanc.
COCKTAIL: Absinthe Makes the Heart Grow Fonder -
Hayman’s Old Tom gin, St. Germaine, absinthe,
fresh yuzu, prosecco, fresh muddled ginger.

THIRD COURSE
Sous-vide bison tenderloin, pickled strawberries,
dark chocolate beet puree, smoked duck fat hollandaise.
Cocktail: Yuzu’s Petals - Cocchi Barolo chinato,
Suze Gentian, 12yr single malt highland scotch rinse,
Yuzu Crusta.

DESSERT
Toasted marshmallo, shortbread cracker, chocolate,
macerated berries, raspberry whipped cream.
COCKTAIL: Stout of Heart- 4 Hands chocolate milk stout,
Rally Point rye, Fernet, coffee concentrate, chocolate-dipped blackberry.

$80/person or $150/couple.
