The Central bar has undergone a make-over. Along with the elegant decor, there's a cocktail list, sandwiches (they do take out) and an occasional lobster night.
Gastronomic whirlwind Kaspar Fenkart is always up for a challenge, so when he was asked to create a new concept for the slightly dated Central bar, he couldn't resist. The new design is rather elegant, a cool and sophisticated dark blue that clashes wonderfully with the wooden panels of the bar. Just as elegant is the bar's cocktail list, their sandwiches (they do take out) and the occasional lobster night. But only time will tell whether it can establish itself as a true classic in Zurich's bustling bar life.
