Time Out says

Don't miss this incredible display concluding the Geneva Festival.

Lasting for nearly an hour and attracting around 500,000 spectators, this behemoth of a fireworks display has to be seen to be believed. Even if you’re not partial to an evening of ooh-ing and ah-ing you might still find yourself secretly impressed at the sheer volume, scale and frequency of sky-lighting explosions in Geneva’s world-beating offering. Set to music and fired with typical Swiss precision from 40 stations around the lake, the pyrotechnics here are seriously classy (no wonder, given the heavyweight sponsors involved). Tickets are available for seats in prime position, but you’ll enjoy it just as much – and for free – by simply standing by the lakeside. Come early though, to get a good spot.
