Groove Junior: Hip Hop Workshop

Groove Therapy is throwing an all-encompassing day of break dance and hip-hop workshops for kids aged 8-13. No dance experience necessary. It’ll be a local community vibe and a safe space for kids to develop physically, cognitively and emotionally. Groove Therapy’s director Vanessa Marian is an advocate for mental wellness, getting off our screens and into our bodies.
