Icebergs Dining Room and Bar will be celebrating pasta with this tasting menu created by executive chef Monty Koludrovic. It trots through various regions of Italy to showcase the homely wheat staple, with dishes including pasta fredda with fregola and chilled shellfish; fazoletti filled with winter veggies and truffle; spaghetti aglio olio; and gnocchi bolognese.
There's even pasta for dessert, with a pasta fritti of sugared fried pasta dough with mandarin and lemon. You can enjoy the six-course meal with matching natural wines or on its own.
