A slice of LA comes to Sydney for the long weekend

One of LA's hottest eateries and rooftop bar E.P & L.P is owned by Aussie expats, and now the boys are popping back home for a special guest apperance at the Dolphin.

Chef Louis Tikaram took to Los Angeles back in 2014 and landed the head chef gig at the West Hollywood double-decker venue, owned by his buddy/DJ Grant Smilie and fellow Aussie David Combes. 

He'll be bringing some newly acquired We-Ho flair to the Dolphin on the Sunday of the long weekend serving up a custom menu of snacks including blue swimmer crab congee, five spice pork hock pizza, Hollywood abalone, Fijian style ceviche and Lou Dogg’s famed crispy chicken sandwich. 

Drinks will also get a Cali-makeover with dirty bubble teas, a Where Love Lives Margharita with passionfruit, guava, lime, chilli and mezcal, and rosé spritzers.
