Time Out says

Powerful culinary forces join together for these extremely limited dinner and cocktail matches

When it comes to mid-week dinner and drinks, you can count on CBD bar PS40 to do things a little differently. There's a reason this game-changer was awarded Time Out's Bar of the Year in 2020, after all.

With its new takeovers, PS40 is pairing up with some formidable friends to mix up your next working week night out. Chef Alex Yu takes the reins next week, plating up omakase-style sushi platters on Tuesday, September 29 – you'll get seven pieces of sushi and a cocktail arrival for $50. Our pick for your drink? The Goodluck Lychee Martini, a fragrant, subtle blend of Moriki Shuzo sake, gin and lychee, as adapted from Melbourne's Lee Ho Fook

In October, Rockpool's head chef and sous chef, Correy Costelloe and Santiago Aristizabal take over the PS40 kitchen, with a menu of finely curated nibbles. The $60 set includes a pea and feta crostini, steak tartare toasts, goats cheese tortellini, empanada, burgers and a peanut chocolate parfait to finish. You'll be able to try their handiwork over four nights only – on October 6, 7, 13 and 14.

Book online at PS40 for your spot –  and check back in to see who else will be at the helm over the summer. Knowing these guys, it'll only get better from here.
