For a holistic, pilates-based approach
Physiotherapist Sally Harrison and the rest of the team at Pro-Align take a holistic pilates-based approach, using a mostly mat-based programme to teach teh body to move in a way that prevents injury. Classes feature resistence rings and bands, foam rollers and some traditional functional movements. Personal training sessions take place in Yarranabbe Park at Rushcutters Bay. Group pilates sessions take place in Roseville.
