Time Out says

The commemorations in Parramatta begin precisely at 4.12am, with a wreath-laying at the RSL Club, before the pre-dawn ANZAC Day march sets off from 4.15am. A contingent of officers and crew from the HMAS Parramatta will walk beside local veterans to the dawn service held at Prince Alfred Square. The official ceremony starts at 4.30am and finishes with a breakfast at the Parramatta RSL Club.
