Mimosa Rock Oysters has teamed up with Woolhara’s authentic Italian restaurant, I Maccheroni, for an interactive masterclass with bottomless sparking and mimosas throughout. Get hands-on as oyster farmer John Blankenstein showcases hand-graded oysters you shuck and taste, served fresh and cooked with specially made condiments.
Mimosa Rock Oysters are wild-caught and nurtured in the crystal-clear waters of Nelson Lagoon and Wapengo Lake on the Far South Coast of New South Wales. The masterclass is $80 per person and will run on Saturday December 7, January 18 and February 15. All attendees will be entered into a prize draw to win a $150 I Maccheroni dining voucher, a dozen Mimosa Rock Oysters and a pair of ‘shuckers’ (valued at over $100).
