[Sponsored] A talented American chef is teaming up with one of Sydney’s own for an international celebration of food
Jason Neroni is bringing his well-honed Californian cooking skills to Hyde Park this October, partnering with Sydney chef Monty Koludrovic to recreate the famed dining hospitality of southern California. There will be canapés, wine and beer to start the evening’s feasting, and diners can then find their favourite dishes among the generous grazing tables.
The pair have developed a produce-focused menu for this Good Food Month dinner, reflecting Neroni’s international culinary adventures and his training at renowned Californian restaurant Chez Panisse. Koludrovic will draw on his experiences leading the kitchens of Icebergs Dining Room and Bar and the Dolphin, as well his role as a MasterChef consultant.
