Getting its name thanks to its elevated position – it's one of the highest points of all of the northern suburbs – Crows Nest is home to a strip of family-owned mid-range restaurants, with a bunch of Vietnamese, Thai and Japanese joints dotted along the Pacific Highway and tucked up behind the major arterial road.
