Time Out says

Mary's and Black Star Pastry are coming to Chatswood for three weeks

From May 25 Chatswood will host Light Market, a pop-up international food bazaar and sustainability focused light installation. Fashioned almost entirely from recycled materials and lit by lasers the dazzling marketplace will host stalls from across the city including sizzling Spanish cuisine from Sofrito Paella, Italian snacks by That Arancini Guy and sausages from Fritz's Wieners.

A slice of Newtown will also come to Chatswood, with burgers and fried chicken from Mary's, delectable pastries from Black Star Pastry and gelato by Cow and Moon. You'll also find Pimp My Chimney (purveyors of the loaded pastry cone ice cream treats) and my Belgian Waffles (a crowd favourite at Chatswood Mall’s weekly markets).

The stalls will operate within a custom designed set, created by lighting and set designer Geoff Cobham, and built by scaffold sculpture artist Alejandro Rolandi and Victoria Harbutt. It's been fashioned from scavenged and repurposed goods including glomesh bags and lava lamps.
