Western Sydney Parklands’ popular Food Fest kicks off again on September 7, bringing a market of produce and beloved local dishes from the best of the Western Sydney food scene straight to the Lizard Log Amphitheatre.
The free event will feature cooking and gardening demonstrations, as well as an entertainment area for the kids. Grown-ups also get a bit of fun, with a local brewers’ and cocktail marquee, plus live entertainment throughout the day.
There’ll be a few big names in the food game showing off their culinary skills. See Anna Polyviou create sugary wonders on stage, using all her skills from her role as the exuberant executive pastry chef at the Shangri-La Hotel. TV chef and author Miguel Maestre will also make an appearance, showing off his expertise in Spanish cuisine.
