Time Out says

Get your pink drink on at this beachside rosé festival

Whether it’s bright and bubbly, stylishly French and dry, mixed into summer-fresh cocktails or presented in sweet soft-serve form, Sydneysiders love to sip rosé in spring. To round out the sunny November days, Coogee Bay Hotel is hosting a full weekend dedicated to this pretty pink wine.

Trendy rosy-hued drinks will be served in the pub’s garden, with everything from blushy slushie-style concoctions to rosé cocktails, rosé vermouth, rosé cider, sparkling rosé and of course, the classic variety on tap.

The arvo drinks will also come with a side of macho entertainment, including roaming male models, a male dance troupe, Brazillian drummers and a gold-painted act milling about the grounds. It’ll either be a rather confronting eyeful of flesh or a fab day out, depending on your predilection for interactive performance and scantily-clad men.

Entry to this pastel wonderland is free, but you’ll need to buy drink tokens on the day.
