Time Out says

Join these friendly foodies for a discussion on cooking and mealtimes under lockdown

The Sydney Opera House is bringing together two of the most wholesome and discerning foodies in the Australian media landscape together for the latest installment of the livestreamed events series, From Our House to Yours.

Journalist Annabel Crabb and celeb chef Adam Liaw are getting together for a chat about the perils of the pantry and the changing face of mealtimes under lockdown in a discussion hosted by the Opera House’s head of talks and ideas, Edwina Throsby.

They’ll be musing on everything from whether lockdown has reinforced traditional gender roles in the kitchen; whether we’ll be continuing to cook up a storm as restrictions begin to loosen up; and with the availability of ingredients affected, is it time to collectively reconsider how our food is sourced, both locally and globally?

This event will be streamed live on the Opera House’s website from the Joan Sutherland Theatre at 4pm this Sunday, May 17, and will then be available to watch on demand.
