[Sponsored content] Coastal destinations inspire snacks and cocktails at this Sunday session

Previous Time Out Bar of the Year winner Bulletin Place and Darren Robertson's Rocker are teaming up for the perfect Sunday sessions, every Sunday in March. The produce driven cocktail maestros will collaborate with the neighbourhood restaurant with Bulletin Place's Tim Philips shaking up tipples inspired by some of the world's favourite coastal destinations including the Caribbean, Mediterranean, South East Asia and of course, Australia.

Each Sunday both the snacks and cocktails will change depending on what's hot at the market, putting seasonality at the forefront of each dish and drink. Rocker's beachside vibe will permeate each snack, so you can see out the weekend with sandy feet and snacks created by chef Stuart Toon. This Sun Mar 25, you can expect tipples inspired by the Mediterranean. Sip on a Tuscan Sour with Campari, Chinotto and whiskey; an Evergreen Pinch with Vermouth, Port, masticka and bitter; a Through the Leaves with gin, parsley, salt and lime.

By snapping up a ticket to this Time Out partnered event you'll get two cocktails plus two tasting plates from the Mediterranean menu for just $30 +BF, and if you wanna keep the snack party rocking, you'll also enjoy 20 per cent off the total bill if you dine in the restaurant after.
