Please meet at Curtis Hixon Park 15 minutes prior to the workout to sign in. This is a FREE workout (donation-based) which will be lead by Coach Arnel, all fitness levels welcome, please see DETAILS below.

Park either at hotel or parking garage, then walk to Curtis Hixon Park.


URBAN ASSAULT RUN - A 5K group run through downtown TAMPA with boot camp, body weight exercises in between. It is recommended that attendees must be able to at least run a 5K comfortably to participate. All Fitness Levels welcome.

This workout is perfect for:
- Obstacle Course Race Training
- Strength and Endurance
- People who enjoy challenges
- Can run at least a 5K comfortably

Workout will be approx 2 hours long. BRING WATER!
