October New Luncheon says
Kim Madison, the Director of Administration for Strategic Property Partners LLC (SPP), will discuss Tampa’s dynamic and exciting real estate and business development future. SPP currently controls 40 acres of property suitable for development in downtown Tampa’s south core, including the Marriott Waterside Hotel & Marina and Channelside Bay Plaza which, with Amalie Arena, serve as anchors in SPP’s development plan. Madison will discuss the major live-work-play development coming to Tampa’s urban core.

Madison joined SPP, the real estate company formed by Jeff Vinik in partnership with Cascade Investment LLC, in June 2015. Prior to joining the SPP team, she was a partner in the Tampa office of a nationally ranked law firm, representing businesses and individuals in real estate, land use and zoning, as well as litigation matters. Madison is also experienced in government contracts and procurement, including local and statewide certification for minority, women and Florida veteran business enterprises.

Tickets are $25 for members or $30 for guests.
