Our 5 Week Pole Dance Beginner Session is perfect for those who are curious yet shy about trying Pole Fitness. Learning progressively week to week with the same classmates and instructor guarantees ultimate comfort and safety. Your class meets once a week, at the same time, for 5 consecutive weeks.

Cost: $150 or $125 if registered before Monday, 2/22.

Who can take it/What to wear:
This option is perfect for brand new clients (no experience) and those who have had classes and would like to bring it back to the basics. You will learn several pole dance spins and tricks including working towards going upside down, strength training moves, dance transitions and choreography on the pole. Heels are welcome but not required, no lotion on the hands or legs and attire is pants or shorts and tee or tank (comfortable work out wear). Please arrive 5-10 mins. early for your first class for paperwork.

Missed classes are allotted one make up within the same week in a comparable scheduled group class with notice.
