182 Illustrators Reinterpret Aesop’s Fables

This exhibition is being held by the Tokyo Illustrators Society, which explores further possibilities of illustration, holds exhibitions and fosters the next generation of illustrators. This year, which marks their sixteenth year, there will be works by 182 artists on the theme of ‘Aesop’s Fables’. At the event, there will be an introduction to ‘Aesop’s Fables’ as well as works available for purchase. The opening party will be held on Monday August 23 and talks given by invited artists on Wednesday September 1 and 15.
