Time Out says

Every year, nearly 50,000 people head to the Nevada desert for the famous, open-source art and music festival that is Burning Man. Drawing inspiration from the main event, this Japanese version takes place over three days at a farmland and maintains the original Burning Man spirit by banning the use of money on-site.

You bring everything you need to survive and enjoy the three-day event, and share them with fellow festival-goers. It's a participant-driven event, where everyone is free to express themselves, creating and at the same time admiring artworks, music or dance performances. So expect some truly unique and unencumbered styles of music and art, and of course, loads of free expression.
