Held since 2003, the Hayashibara International Arts Festival promotes the work of artists who, despite their disabilities, continue to create highly regarded works in a variety of fields. This edition, taking place at Marunouchi's lush Mc Forest exhibition space, features 30 pieces picked out from a total of 150 submissions by artists from all over Japan. Surely worth a visit if you're in the area, the free display will be open for ten days in November.
