Time Out says

Artist Toshihiko Isao specialises in landscape paintings depicting his native Musashino, but is better known as one of the foremost collectors of ukiyo-e by late-Edo superstar Utagawa Kuniyoshi (1797-1861). The man dubbed 'Edo’s ultimate graphic designer' depicted the trending topics of his day with a wit and humour that endeared him to the capital's common folk, and his playful pieces are the highlights of Isao's extensive collection. This exhibition displays around 230 works in total, including previously unexhibited Kuniyoshi art as well as contributions from the likes of Tsukioka Yoshitoshi and Kyosai Kawanabe, plus a number of Isao's own oil landscapes.
