Time Out says

The National Museum of Modern Art's Crafts Gallery revisits the work of stencil dyeing pioneer Keisuke Serizawa (1895-1984), presenting a wide range of designs, pictures, clothing, folding screens and noren curtains decorated by the katazome master. Awarded the title of Living National Treasure for his dyeing exploits in 1956, Serizawa developed a unique design philosophy that can be traced throughout his career, presented here via pieces from the collection of prominent folklorist Kazushige Kaneko. For a hands-on experience, try the guided Touch & Talk tours, available every Wednesday and Saturday (English guidance available on request).
