Time Out says

Tokyo is experiencing a true Southeast Asian art takeover this summer, with both the National Art Center and the Mori Art Museum set to dedicate their vast halls to contemporary works from across this endlessly diverse region during the 'Sunshower' exhibition, on from July 5. Ichigaya's Mizuma Gallery is even quicker out of the blocks though, as it presents this Hermanto Soerjanto-curated selection of pieces by six artists from June 21. Look out for art by the likes of Singaporean multi-disciplinarian Robert Zhao Renhui, Indonesian photographer Angki Purbandono and Philippine 'magical realist' Mark Justiniani, plus suggestive, political works by Indonesian star Heri Dono, whose art will also be a major part of 'Sunshower'.
