Model-slash-DJ Elli Rose is one of the special guests at the dazzlingly lavish Velours this Friday, alongside another florally monikered act: French electro band Minitel Rose, who've managed to distinguish themselves from the legions of French electro bands currently clogging the market by being even more retro than their rivals.
