Tim Green was one of the lucky ones. Turned on to dance music when a friend played him Daft Punk, the young Brit started producing his own music around the middle of the last decade. Demo CDs were optimistically sent out to a few labels, the key difference being that somebody on the receiving end actually bothered to listen – and liked what they heard. Five years on, Green is doing rather well for himself, and has notched up releases on the likes of Get Physical, Cocoon and Trapez. He's currently working on a full-length album, although given the man's tour schedule we'd be surprised if he managed to finish it any time soon.
