Time Out says

Shajahan 'Riktam' Matkin and Joseph 'Bansi' Quinteros were only in their mid-teams when they dropped out of high school in Amsterdam to go raving in Goa. Plenty of others have probably gone the same route and wound up as twitching acid casualties living hand-to-mouth in a beach hut, but things turned out all right for these two. They formed G.M.S. (Growling Mad Scientists) in 1995, and have remained a constant presence on the global psy trance scene ever since. For the first of two gigs in Tokyo this weekend, they're playing a 90-minute psychedelic set, alongside a packed roster of DJs that includes Double Fuckers, Hachiga and Kottan.
