After years of playing the court jester of the Motor City techno scene, Detroit Grand Pubahs have dropped the caricatures and gone serious. Fresh from launching their own label, Enginerroom, the duo are heading to Tokyo for what – amazingly – will be their first appearance here. They're joined by another pair of first-timers, tough-edged LA underground techno duo Raíz.
