Ubik Version meets Jah-Light Sound System

The bass worshippers should be out in force for this night of dub digressions at Unit (please don't ask us to call it 'bass music'). Canadian producer Deadbeat's diverse oeuvre has covered everything from dancehall to house and techno, though he's always managed to keep one foot in the delay-drenched world of dub. He'll be playing live in the main room alongside Japanese duo – and sometime Paul St. Hilaire collaborators – Mantis, whose second album will be released on Deadbeat's BLKHRTZ label later this year, with DJ sets from dubstepper Goth-Trad and roots reggae stalwarts Jah-Light Sound System.
