One of the world's premier choreographers, Belgian veteran Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker, brings her Rosas company back to Tokyo for a double serving of works that cover both the past and present of this illustrious contemporary dance unit. Expect masterful minimalism and pure, powerful movement in 'Fase', which is set to the music of American composer Steve Reich and was last performed on these shores in 2002. The highly experimental 'Vortex Temporum', on the other hand, will make its Japan debut and features an appearance by the Ictus music ensemble, who also played with De Keersmaeker at the 2010 Aichi Triennale.
