The Shin-Bungeiza's ongoing Screen Pearls programme is great for film buffs who didn't find the time to catch some of 2015's top movies when they were first released in Japan. This edition promises straightforward entertainment fit for the early autumn, and features flicks like Paul Thomas Anderson's comedy-mystery Inherent Vice, Michael Mann's action comeback Blackhat, Canadian drama Café de Flore and Indian mystery Kahaani, which is perhaps the most interesting pick of the nine-film programme.
Note that all films are shown with Japanese subtitles only.
