Time Out says

It's been two decades since pop princess – and enduring gay icon – Kylie Minogue last rocked up in Japan, so you can forgive the folks over in Ni-chome for getting a little bit excited. The neighbourhood is going all-out to celebrate the Aphrodite tour's arrival in Tokyo, and throwing a semi-official after party for the pint-sized singer's gig at Makuhari Messe on Saturday. Shake your feather boa with the capital's foxiest drag queens and go-go boys at nightclub Arch, while DJs Ryuzo, Kakkie and Shake do their thing over at The Annex. As the Arch website puts it: 'Your Disco Needs You!!' And who can argue with that?
