Time Out says

On show at the Mori Arts Center is a 3-D walk-through style planetarium produced Takayuki Ohira, the developer of Megastar a planetarium projector, which reproduces an infinite number of stars. The Sky Planetarium, is not your conventional sitting style planetarium, instead it has three zones (bright city lights and starry skies, a stroll through a 3-D universe of 1,000 light years, from the limits of the universe to earth), which visitors can walk through and view the starry sky at their own leisure.
