Ever since debuting with now-revered 2010 album Cerulean, which mapped out fertile terrain between the dreamy, zonked-out chillwave movement and the leftfield hip-hop pioneered by the late J Dilla, LA native Will 'Baths' Wiesenfeld has continued to captivate those partial to blissful, beat-driven dream pop. His second studio album, 2013's Obsidian, was another step forward, but the world had to wait quite a while for new material after that. Fresh off the online-only release of songs set to be included on an upcoming LP, Baths now hits Tokyo after a four-year absence. Don't miss out.
