So the last trip was a success, then? After embarking on his first solo tour of Japan in 13 years last summer, Bootsy Collins hasn't waited nearly so long for the follow-up. The P-funk bassist and hip hop progenitor will be heading to Billboard Live this weekend with an almost identical band to the one that appeared at last year's Summer Sonic, albeit without Parliament-Funkadelic keyboardist Bernie Worrell this time around.
