If one of the bands on a joint tour cancels, and that band is a bit rubbish, will anybody care? Find out on Saturday, as Canada's Crystal Castles – prime purveyors of scuzzed-up, feel-bad dance music – hit Yokohama Bay Hall without the group who was originally due to join them. Abrasive Brooklyn duo Sleigh Bells pulled out of the tour a few weeks ago, 'due to a series of unfortunate miscommunications and for reasons which (out of respect for everyone involved) must be kept confidential', but we doubt many of the audience will be baying for refunds.
